When can I expect delivery?
We aim to dispatch all goods on a next day service once they’ve been printed. Please allow 3 working days for us to produce your tags.
Where is my invoice?
You can print your invoice off from within your account.
I've ordered and I need to change my artwork, it's incorrect, is it too late?
Unfortunately once you have submitted your artwork our print machines start your order almost instantly. We’ll be unable to change your artwork at this late stage.
My tags are incorrect and it's your fault, can you rectify asap?
Sometimes issues occur, we’re happy to help if we’ve made a mistake. Please email us a photo of the incorrect tags and explain what is wrong, we’ll then take a look and reprint them asap if it’s something we’ve mistakenly messed up.
